We spent our pioneer day (well the morning at least) watching the Ivins City Parade! Alyse was excited about the entire experience and LOVED the fire truck, the princesses, and the CANDY! Russ was exhausted since he stayed up with Thatch till 3 am, while I peacfully slept (Thank You Sweetie!). Thatcher slept! Well he stirred a little when the 'emergency vehicles' and their sirens came through and he had a brief fussy period while Tuacahn High School's rendition of High School Musical wandered by, but otherwise he slept! I was passing out the Pop-Tarts (since we had another late night and thus a late start and missed the pancake breakfast!), picking up the candy, and loving watching my little cutie enjoy the parade! Happy Pioneer Day! Hope yours was equally as exciting! Now Russ is off to work and BOTH of my little ones are sleeping so I am off to nap myself!
