Baby's First Bath!
Thatcher got his first official bath this week! It was strange to be able to bathe my newborn so early, Aly's cord was so thick that she was 3 week's old before it fell off and we were able to bathe her in the tub! Thatch however lost his early this week and into the bath he went! Aly loved helping with is bath and was very excited about the entire experience (I can't say the same for Thatcher though!). Luckily Russ was home to document the experience in pictures.
Mitchell Reunion!
This weekend was the infamous Mitchell Reunion in Parowan. (I think the population of the town doubles when we come rolling in.) Because our little man is not even 2 weeks old I was nervous about spending the entire weekend there and having him around so many people so we avoided most of the BIG events and mostly met up with our immediate family group at the hotel in Cedar! Here are a few highlights:
* Spending time with Grandma Russell and watching her cuddle my kids!
*Amy and I on our feeding couch!
* My Aly kissing Barb's cute puppy Presley!
* Our Iceberg Shake run (seriously ladies is Peanut Butter-Cookie Dough so difficult?!?)
* Picking Dave up from the airport (I love having my hubby with his brothers it is always entertaining!)
* Ketchup stains! (Russ this is for you!)
* Driving in the RAIN! (It was a wild storm-glad you were the one driving honey!)
* Little Quiet Prayers.
* Little cousins and sippy cups!
* Amy's styling hair clip (when in Parowan . . .)
* Tanner vs. the TREE~! (glad you are okay Tanner Bug!)
* Big Cousins and late night swimming
*GAS PRICES! (We could have rented a room for the cost of gas back and forth-what were we thinking?)
It was so fun! Thanks for the memories!
