Any Digital Scrapbookers Out There?

I am considering going digital and would love to know if anyone else has made the switch and how they like it? Living in a small space with soon to be 2 kiddos running around I would like to keep the paper scraps, sharp objects, and choking hazards to a minimum. Not to mention lack of time to complete projects and not having a decent workspace! Digital just seems like a good option, I spend a lot of time on the computer anyway and I LOVE the idea of being able to use and reuse my supplies over and over! But the best part . . . . cute journaling fonts at my fingertips! I am slightly obsessed with fonts, if you teach with me you may know this, since so many of you have come to me wanting me to install clipart and fonts on your computers in our 1st and 2nd grade hallway! So, if you have gone digital, are considering digital, or know someone who is scrappin' digitally let me know how you, they, etc. like it! Also if you have any tips on a program to support digital scrapbooking that you or someone you know likes, loves, or even tolerates I am in the market for that as well! Love to hear from you! Let's Scrap!

Hey! I just recently got into digital scrapbooking too. I still love the paper stuff- but I use it so much for cards, invites, and projects that I don't really feel like it's going to waste. As for digital- I LOVE the freebies from shabbyprincess.com. They're great! And so versatile! As for the program= I just got Photoshop Elements for my birthday. My parents got it on Ebay for $15 I think. So pretty good! I really like it and it's pretty user friendly (I was using the original Photoshop and it's harder to use- Elements is the easy version) I love that on Elements you can change the colors on anything, erase part of an element- just anything you want to make it work for your page. On my blog- On my mother's day post you can see the first attempt I made at this. All of the stuff is from shabbyprincess. Anyway- This is a way long comment- but let me know if you have any questions or whatever! Good Luck!!
