With only one week left of school (and Russ not having any days off before it gets out) our Saturday afternoon was spent packing up most of my classroom. Lucky for us my parents were in town to see the Rock Crawling in Cedar City and volunteered to come and help! The day was filled with mixed emotions, which really surprised me! I have been in that room for the past 3 years and it felt like 'my space' it is strange saying goodbye to my classroom, I am going to miss it. I am excited for this new opportunity to teach Reading Recovery and even more excited to be going part time next year and be home with my kiddos, but it is an adjustment knowing I will no longer have my own class. I don't quite know where I belong. I guess I will figure that out as I go along next year! Change is good right?!?

That's great that you'll be able to work part time next year. I'm sure it'll be different, but so worth it to be able to spend more time with your two kids! Change is hard, but sometimes definitely worth it.
I didn't know your were going part time. You will find your nitch Mindy. Hey, your baby is getting close and closer. Yea!
I know the feeling!! I really my classroom and teaching. I don't want to go through the riga ma roe with everything up here so I decided not to teach and just stay home with Malia. I'm loving it too. I'm excited that you'll be able to stay home 1/2 time.
First off, I love the new layout of your blog! That picture of Russ and Alyse is absolutely adorable.
So you decided on Kyler for your baby's name? Cute cute cute. I hope everything goes well with you having him. I'm sure it will. Good luck!
