{this n' that}

We have been busy... so busy in fact that I haven't had the time to blog or even get on my computer much as of late! I have to admit I haven't missed it much :) Here is a quick update from the past few weeks.

The kids and I went northward for a visit and I was able to go with Dad to Grandpa's birthday lunch! It was so great to see family and be with Grandpa on his birthday!

While up north Aly was able to experience her fist first snow storm of the season (and since we live in Sunny St George possibly her only). She loved being in the snow sadly we don't have too many winter clothing options and she had to make do with a hoodie and some princess gloves!

We took the kids to see the Disney Princesses on Ice (thanks mom and dad for the tickets) Alyse was in HEAVEN and even more excited that she was dressed up just like a princess! (well once we convinced her to put on the princess dress she was excited... she was being a little stubborn at first). Thatcher loved it as well and was so good! He was perfectly content watching and eating (two of his favorite past times).

There is a partial update more to come soon... thanksgiving, Thatch on the slide, and Aly's new favorite thing "sparklies" aka: Christmas lights!
