{birthday girl}

My 9/11 baby turned 3 on Friday! She has been so excited for her birthday this year and has been asking me for weeks if "she is big enough yet?" My mom came down to celebrate with us! Alyse was so excited the morning of her birthday that she woke up at 5 am and immediately came to wake up Grandma and ask if it was time yet, poor tired Grandma told her that it was still too dark and Aly went back to bed. At 7:30 when we all came in to wake her up she was so tired and said "I am not big enough, go away" while covering her head (such a Diva!). We decorated the house with balloons and streamers and at her request had a little party at the splash pad with her friends. Her only demands were balloons and cake (so simple) it was lots of fun and Aly was so happy to have her friends there to celebrate her day with her!
