Reason's to go to BK for Lunch!
1. Conveniently located across the street from Daddy's work, always looking for a reason to stop by and see my hubby :)
2. They offer Mac & Cheese as a choice in their kids meals, a no fail hit!
3. You get one of these adorable crowns that provided us with tantrum free entertainment through our entire Jo Anne's craft store excursion! (that reason alone is enough!!)

We spent a big portion of our afternoon making tutu's. Aren't our two TUTU's TO TO cute!?! One for Aly and one for Brianna (her TO TO cute cousin) Breezy's is for her birthday (just turned 4! ~that's two two's~) and Miss Alyse is of course getting hers for CHRISTMAS! (by the way they were TO TO easy as well!) Okay I am done with the tutu puns I promise ;)
We also spent some time on neighbor gifts during our snow day, my 'theme' for gifts and our letter this year came from President Monson's talk Finding Joy in the Journey, "Let us relish life as we live it, find joy in the journey, and share our love with friends and family."
So I gave out 'joy' blocks in many variations, with the quote. It was fun but let's just say I am 'modge podged' out, for a while at least. Mandee you never thought you would hear me say those words did you, no worries I will return to my LOVE for Modge Podge, just give me a day or two!
Our other crafty activities cannot be blogged due to the fact that the recipients of these items are blog readers so you will have to trust me when I say they turned out great, they involved modge podge (BIG SURPRISE), scrapbook paper, photos, embellishments, and craft paint. Alyse helped and they are still cute :)

hey where do you get the wood blocks? those turned out super cute! i would love to make some of those for my own house!
I LOVED MY JOY BLOCK!!! It is so dang cute! I think I am taking a break from modge podge too! I used a whole bottle for all my christmas gifts. But I am sure I will be quickly healed from that. Thank you so much for the cute block again.
P.s. I need to learn how to make a tutu. They are tooo tooo cute.
