Soccer is officially over! Alyse really liked going to the park each week for her games and I loved watching her run around in her silly state completely unaware of what she was really supposed to be doing! We also were able to have a couple play dates at the splash pad before my maternity leave was over and it got my excited for Summer when we can have play dates all week long! I love having Mommy's to talk to and Alyse and Thatcher enjoy having friends to run and splash with It is a win-win!
Speaking of friends our friends the Terry's invited us to join them at Tuachan for a concert a few weeks ago! It was so fun to get together and the kids had so much fun dancing and singing to the music. Between our two families we had nine kids, plus a bun in the oven (Ruth Anna is due with her 7th baby the end of this month), 4 adults, and a lot of fun! Although when it was all over with we were trying to carry 5 sleeping children back out to our vans... 4 adults and 5 sleeping kiddos... it was a challenge to say the least!
