We had a lot of fun in Park City over the weekend THANKS mom and dad for planning and funding the trip it was so great to get away and play! We pretty much had the town to ourselves, thanks to the weather. However it did cooperate when needed and cleared up enough for us to ride the Alpine slide and the Roller Coaster (and for Aly to get her fill of the Merry-Go-Round). We had lunch on MainStreet, shopped the outlets, swam in the hotel pool, played video games in the arcade (Alyse's favorite was the car game and she actually was not too bad by the end of the trip), went to the movies, and just enjoyed being together! Can't wait for our next vacation!
Sidenote: Alyse was so excited to go to 'Park City' as you can guess the name alone implies much excitement for an almost 3 year old. When we pulled up to the outlets she saw a little playground and asked, "Is that the park Mommy?" She was on constant lookout for the park our entire trip.

That's so funny. I've never thought of "Park" City that way. Ahh to look through a toddler's eyes. Looks like you had a lot of fun. Lucky you, the one time I tried to ride the Alpine Slide we were next in line and they closed it down because of rain. Bummer!

It is amazing how much you can blog when you are avoiding unpacking! I love the vacation but I HATE unpacking!
